Just because it’s not east coast doesn’t mean people don’t toss around the pigskin here, in fact, they’re really passionate about it! Here are a few ways to get involved with football in Westwood:
Join a League: If you’re an able-bodied adult it would do your mind and body some good to join a football league. There are dozens all around California and you may even make some lifelong friends, or at least some that have similar interests to yours!
Coach a Team: If you’ve got the extra time, volunteer to coach a kids’ football team. It can be for a school or just a rec team but you’ll get to be around the game and polish your knowledge of rules and plays, too.
Find a Giants Bar: Every city has one. Figure out which sportsbar nearest you plays all the Giants games and head on in to meet other fans. Worst case scenario you get a cold one and the game!

California is home to diverse and exceptionally talented college students comprising different collegiate
football teams. These teams have played several games in the football field, aiming to bag the
championship trophy and eventually become California’s top football college team. Based on recent
surveys, there are top ranking football college teams to watch out for next season. With the exceptional
players coached by the finest college coaches, fans are surely in for an exciting, elbow to elbow game.
For fans and students along with football enthusiasts, several picks have already been made. However,
ranking top college football teams are based on performance and the number of wins they have
incurred for the rest of the season.

The San Jose State Spartans is a football team to watch out for although they just don’t hold up
that well to the rest of California after getting a new coach. The San Diego Aztecs needs a little luck
from new players to be able to get the 5th spot that will include them among the best teams in the
Mountain West. The UCLA Bruins are best loved due to its offensive pieces and best new recruits. The
list continues on with numerous football teams in Westwood and all throughout California.

Any football enthusiast would love a game of football in a well maintained field. It would be very
annoying to play a game where the grass is not well trimmed or the facilities are all close to get broken if
not broken down at all. In Westwood, you can find a lot of recreational parks to play a game of football
together with your friends. You can enjoy it in facilities where the ground is well maintained along with a
good site to play the game in. Football is considered a good hobby for any athletic person.I found some more information here. It helps your
body get a good exercise along with increasing your endurance as you run along the field.

If you are up to a game of football, you can visit Holmby Park in Club View Drive. You will be able to
enjoy a game while overseeing the magnificent houses all around the neighbourhood. You can play a
football game in this little cute park along with other outdoor activities such as picnic or simply relaxing.
You can also visit the Westwood Recreation Center located in Sepulveda Blvd. Unlike Holmby Park, this
park charges 8 per hour for a game of football and other use of their facilities.
